County-Wide Success Coach Training Day
Join us for a full day of learning as we build the shared foundation behind Wayne County's Success Coaching model.
Across Wayne County, we're building something rare: a countywide model where every young person has one caring, consistent adult in their corner — a Success Coach who knows their goals and helps them take the next step. That model is only as strong as the people behind it. This training day gives Success Coaches from all 11 districts a common floor to stand on — the skills, the language, and the countywide network the role depends on.
Success Coaching is grounded in the Success Planning strategy developed through the Harvard Education Redesign Lab and central to the Wallace Foundation's Advancing Opportunities for Adolescents (AOA) Initiative in Wayne County.
