About the event
This DISC Training is designed to strengthen communication, collaboration and leadership skills. The DISC assessment is a widely used behavioral framework that helps individuals better understand personality styles and how people prefer to communicate, make decisions, and work within teams. Participants will explore the four DISC styles-Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, and learn practical strategies to improve workplace relationships, enhance teamwork, and reduce conflict.
