Adult Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in adults. This is a free two-day virtual course (May 14 & 15 from 9 AM-12 PM each day) and attendance is required on both days.

About the event
Adult Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in adults. This training gives participants the skills they need to reach out and provide initial support to a person who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them with the appropriate care. VIEW THE MHFA ONE PAGER HERE.
This is a two-day course that takes place on May 14th & 15th from 9 AM - 12 PM Each Day. Attendance is required on both days. These classes are free, but space is limited. Training video link will be sent by the instructor prior to the first training day.
