Cabaret

Community Schools Theater & Arts is officially stepping inside the Kit Kat Klub for our next production: CABARET!

Show Synopsis

Set in the wild and exciting city of Berlin in 1929, Cabaret is a powerful musical about a world on the edge of major change. The story follows a group of everyday people. A quirky British nightclub singer, a traveling American writer, a practical boarding house owner, and a sweet Jewish fruit shop keeper whose lives completely change as a dangerous political shadow starts to take over Germany. Watching over everything is the mysterious and iconic Emcee, the host of the seedy Kit Kat Klub.

Winner of multiple Tony Awards, CABARET is full of grit, heart, and unforgettable music. Featuring show-stopping songs like "Willkommen," "Don't Tell Mama," and "Maybe This Time," this legendary show is an amazing challenge for actors and a powerful experience for audiences!
