From designing the structure to selecting and supporting mentors and mentees, coordinators are key to creating a program that is both place-based and youth-centered.
In this interactive training, you will:
Explore a variety of evidence-based mentoring models (peer, one-on-one, group, cross-age, etc.).
Learn how to adapt these models to fit the unique needs and culture of your school or district.
Gain tools for program planning, mentor/mentee recruitment, and sustaining engagement.
